Full payment is mandatory and must be settled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please be aware that the 48-hour timeframe exclusively encompasses working days and excludes weekends and holidays.
Confirmation of Appointment:
Your appointment is considered confirmed only upon the successful receipt of the full payment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within the 48-hour window will result in the complete cost of the session being incurred.
For complimentary consultations, a refundable deposit of £25 is mandatory. This deposit will be reimbursed after the consultation.
The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
Illness or Emergencies:
In cases of cancellations due to illness or emergencies, a refund will be facilitated upon submission of a letter from your physician.
